An Analysis of the Factors Affecting Public Satisfaction Concerning Government Performance Evaluation -Taking Yantai City as an Example

Public satisfaction with government services is the key to test whether the administration of the government is perfect or not. Research group have conducted a survey of public satisfaction on Yantai City. According to the survey results, they conclude that the factors influencing public satisfaction are mainly reflected in five areas: economic development levels, social development conditions, peoples living conditions, environmental protection conditions and government work styles. Based on these results, they put forward some suggestions and measures for improvement.
