Analysis Correlation Effect of Defense R&D on Military Trade
Defense R&D is a source of defense scientific and technological progress, has promote effect for the military trade. This article has used the Stackelberg game model to analyze the defense R&D can help weapons and equipment suppliers produce Stackelberg advantage. The demonstration analysis proved that the defense R&D can contribute to the development of the arms trade, while the arms trade also has promote effect for defense R&D in turn. For this purpose, we formulate pre-emptive military trade strategies to enhance the inter influence of the arms market; strengthen the defense technology research and development to enhance military trade market Stackelberg advantage, increase the military enterprise reform to enhance the manufacturing advantage of military trade Stackelberg capacity.
