Research on the Relationship of Customer Satisfaction and Corporation Performance
This paper focuses on the analysis of the relationship of customer satisfaction and corporation performance. The empirical data on customer satisfaction and corporation performance stem from 2007 and 2008 in Wuhan, from which it can be concluded that it is possible to find evidence for the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between customer satisfaction and corporation performance.
