E-commerce-based CRM System Implementation Study
In our new e-commerce environment, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has become a key factor in business success. In this paper, the authors study the impact of e-commerce on CRM, the new content of CRM in e-commerce environment, the critical requirements of e-commerce on CRM applications, and CRM system implementation issues in e-commerce environment. This paper is designed to provide reference for the theory community and the business community.
