Statistic Analysis of Competence of Technological Innovation of Jilin Province

摘要：

This article sets up competence of technological innovation evaluation index system of Jilin Province by statistical basic principles and methods and related data. The competence of technological innovation and the factors affect development of competence of technological innovation from 1995 to 2008 of Jilin province are analyzed and evaluated by the competence of technological innovation evaluation model set up by factor analysis method.
