Research on Method of Reliability Analysis and Estimation of Complicated One-off Aviation Products
Most complicated one-off aviation products (COAP) play crucial role, and with the high cost of price and produce time, the reliability of COAP is expected to be very high. Reliability analysis and estimation of COAP is very important and challenging in the aviation industry domain. This paper presents a feasible of reliability analysis and estimation method of COAP, based on Largest Reliability-Measurable Unit (LRMU) and Maximum Likelihood Principle (MLP). Firstly, the peculiarities of COAP are recognized, and then the idea of the reliability analysis and estimation of COAP. By studying the reliability test of aviation product, an evaluation idea for one-off aviation product is put forward. After that, by use of Maximum Likelihood Principle (MLP), a reliability estimation mathematic model is deduced. At last, the validity of the model is verified through an example and simulation.
