Statistical Analysis and Typical Failure Rate Curve of the Modern Facilities Failure

摘要：

In this article the data collection and statistical methods of the equipment failure information are discussed firstly. Then two kinds of typical failure analysis methods of equipments are introduced and verified. Along with the bathtub curve the five kinds of failure rate curves of the modern equipments are summarized to offer basis for the statistical analysis of equipment failure.
