A Consistency Study of AHP and PLS Based on Customer Satisfaction Degree Evaluation
AHP and PLS, two different methods to evaluate the customer satisfaction degree, are demonstrated to be consistent if the experts judgment is consistent with the customers preference on some specific segment market. Subsequently, it is confirmed by a model of an airline company. Therefore, the analysis of two methods consistency is critical for marketing.
