The Study on Process Model for Project Portfolio Management

摘要：

In project management, the enterprises should not only do projects right to meet the needs of time, budget and scope, but also it is more important to do right projects in order to achieve the strategic objectives. This paper provides a process model for project portfolio management that can help enterprises to select the right projects that align with business strategy and maximize the value of the portfolio.
