On the Calculating Methods of the Economic Growth Contribution Ratio of Human Resources

摘要：

The calculation of the talent pool of a certain region is significant to the proper development of human resources of the region and the long-term economic growth. This paper adopts Solows economic growth rate equation to formulate the calculating formula of the economic growth contribution ratio of human resources. A calculation of Chinese economic growth data leads to the conclusion that the abundant human resources in China are not in proportion to their role in economic growth, and their contribution ratio laps far behind the ratio in developed countries which may reach 50％.
