For nurturing and improving the comprehensive quality of international trade talents (ITTs), it is beneficial to explore profoundly the specific demand of companies on ideological and moral quality, basic ability quality, specialized ability quality and innovative ability quality of IETT by the use of questionnaire, and to provide corresponding proposal and suggestion.
