Research on Cointegration and Causality Relationship Test between Environmental Regulation and Recycle Economy in China
The relationship between environmental regulation and technological innovation is an important area that scholars concern about, but also helps government design and implement policies. According to cointegration theory and Granger causality theory, this paper carries an empirical analysis on the association of environmental regulation, technological innovation and recycle economy with the time series data from 1994-2007. The conclusion indicates that environmental regulation and technological innovation, environmental regulation and recycle economy are bidirectional Granger causality relationship, thus technological innovation affects recycle economy only.
