On the Relationship between Energy & Economic Society Development -An Empirical Study on Chinese Oil Consumption and Economic Growth

摘要：

Granger causality and Co-integration analysis is applied to research on the relationship between Chinese oil consumption and economic growth. The examination results show that Chinese oil consumption and economic growth are co-integrated and one-way causal. Petroleum plays a paramount role in Chinese economic & society development.
