The Three Levels of Energy Statistic and Their Relationships

This paper divided energy statistics into three levels, that is, basic energy statistics, energy balances and energy accounts. These three levels had their own purpose and characteristics. This paper analyzed these three levels, and discussed their relationships, found some difference between them. At last, this paper used the bridge table to show the entire difference between energy balances and energy accounts, the energy bridge table can tell us from energy accounts to energy balance what need to be added or removed.
