Industrial Structures Optimization of Manufacturing and Logistics -Risk Control via Coordination Mechanism

摘要：

This paper will initially point out the necessity of the coordination between modern manufacturing sector and logistic services, and then analyze the status quo of management of manufacturing sector and the risks in the combining process of the two sectors by drawing upon the research data collected in Hangzhou as a study case. Finally, related development strategies and risk control measures are suggested.
