Food Consumption of Chinese Urban Residents

摘要：

Food consumption is often considered as a major matter related with peoples livelihood and countrys prosperity, which should be strongly emphasized for every country, no matter what kind of the country is. This article builds several mathematic models of the present structural statue of food consumption from the perspective of Western Economics, Econometrics with the appliance of SPSS software, so as to make a prediction about the trend of food consumption of urban residents in accordance with the present urban residents food consumption structure. In the end, the article also conducts an explanation on the food consumption statue with the knowledge of Economics.
