Chinas Residential Consumption and Economic Growth in Empirical Analysis
This paper makes an empirical study on the interactive relationship between the growth rate of Chinas residential consumption and of economic growth, as well as residential consumptions contribution to the economic growth. Meanwhile, we get enlightenments which are well worth thinking: our domestic residential market should be market-oriented, and the government should change its policy to lessen its control over economy, and reduce the interference of macroeconomic policies, achieving optimal allocation of resources via the role of the market, then this will enhance the effects of residential consumption on economic growth, our domestic residential consumption makes our economic growth more stable, keeping a balanced speed of economic growth with economic scope; at the same time, we should attach importance to our domestic residential consumption to the current effects of economic growth.
