The Application Research of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method on Virtuous Circle of Forestry Eco-economic System
Virtuous circle is an important indicator to measure if the development of forestry eco-economic system is sustainable. According to the theories of eco-economic system and virtuous circle, this article establishes a multilayer index system which belongs to the virtuous cycle of state-owned forestry eco-economic system, based on the three basic goals which are forest ecological benefit, forestry economic benefit and forest social benefit. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it obtains the degree of membership of each index and builds up a model of fuzzy evaluation. According to the maximum membership principle on which it carries through the pattern recognition, it takes quantitative measurement and evaluates the virtuous circle of the state-owned forestry eco-economic subsystems.
