The knowledge economy, knowledge management is a new management focus, this article elaborate the content of the knowledge management and the knowledge innovation, business management in knowledge economy analyzed the mechanism. Study the model of the mechanism of enterprise management innovation. Offer the determination strategy of the management innovation which is in the knowledge economy.
