Problems and Solutions of Financing in Technological SMEs with the Viewpoint of Asymmetric Information
Chinese technological smal1-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are becoming increasingly important in regulating Chinas economic structure, pushing forward the reform and opening up process, and developing high-tech industries etc. However, due to the information asymmetry between the banks and the enterprises, banks in the credit market face adverse selection issues and moral hazards. This paper uses a mathematical model to deduce the reasons which lead to the implementation of credit rationing policies for SMEs. In the end, this paper gives some solutions for financing problems caused by this type of information asymmetry.
