The Research on Optimization of Plant Layout of Viet Thinh Garment Company

摘要：

This article takes Viet Thinh Garment Company for an example and analyzes and optimizes production process, plant layout and workshop layout by SLP method and program analysis method and contrasts effects before and after optimization. The result shows that after optimization of process and layout, the movement distance of materials among producing sectors is obviously shortened and the time of being in rain is effectively shortened so as to decrease the capability of product damage greatly.
