Accelerated Life Model and Statistical Analysis Method for Mooring Belt
According to the analysis of working conditions which mooring belt sustains, this paper determines the three main factors that affect mooring belt by analyzing its failure modes and failure mechanism. Combining with the wear character of mooring belt, a characteristic life model with three-stress for accelerated life test, which describes the relationship between the life of mooring belt and stresses, is established. Combining the character of accelerated life test for mooring belt, statistical analysis method is given by utilizing the generalized linear models. The established model can describe the effect of the environment stress on life of mooring belt better, and it can also evaluate the life-time of the products under normal circumstances more accurately.
