Study of Near Zero-nonconformity Process Control of Multi-operation Manufacturing Processing

摘要：

In this paper, the machining production lines are divided into combinations of processes for quality analysis. An improvement is given to two kinds of traditional quality diagnosis theories. With the examples, the quality control of Mechanical Processing system on CUSUM control charts is discussed. For the long-term monitoring to the whole processing system, this paper gives a description on establishment of a monitoring system with Three-CUSUM charts.
