Application of SPC Technology in Compressor Manufacture Process
Considering collar insertion operation in the compressor manufacturing press, dynamic quality control is implementation by using X-R chart. Quality management mode that predicts controls and improves the quality of production is established by rejecting assignable causes immediately and obtaining in-control status. The effectiveness has been proved by theory and practice, beneficial to optimizing production conditions and improving the product quality.
