A Bargaining Model with a Risk of Breakdown of High-technology Commodity Import

摘要：

This paper established a dynamic bargaining model of international technology transfer, and researched the change of equilibrium in the influence of discount factor and the risk of breakdown. Though the improvement of subjective probability under the risk of breakdown in this model, it get a sub-game perfect equilibrium.
