Study on Warehousing Decision-making Model of Tobacco Distribution Center

摘要：

The selection of warehousing pattern is the key problem in decision-making of the construction of tobacco distribution centre. The paper made analyses on three principal warehousing patterns, automated cubic warehousing, cubic shelf and mixed warehousing, established assessment schemes on investment and operation cost for different warehousing patterns in terms of construction cost, land acquisition cost, warehousing device cost and device power cost. The trend of warehousing costs for each model was determined aiming at varying daily sale, which is favorable for the decision-making of warehousing pattern selection on the basis of the actual trend of daily sale.
