Game Analysis Cost-benefit for Building Energy Saving
In the process of researching on management building energy saving, the main interest-related subjects in the market are developers, consumers and government who are diffused subjects. If the market is lack of necessary economic incentive mechanism, developers and consumers will have little initiative involved in building energy saving The article establishes target matrix for concern decision makers based on analysis interest-related subjective and deeply study respective relationship between cost and benefit. Through game analysis between every two parties of interest-related subjects, it concludes that government need to implement different economic incentive policies at different stages and finally guide interest-related subjects not willing to violate.
