Measurement on Environmental Carrying Capacity of Coal Industry: Shaanxi as an Example
There are complex interactions between Coal Development and the regional environment. On the one hand, environment supports and accommodates the coal exploiting activities; on the other hand, coal mining can cause some negative impacts on the environment. On the basis of the predecessors study about environmental carrying capacity, this paper builds an environmental pressuresupportive relationship model, quantizes the Shaanxi coal industrial environmental stress and supportive capacities by the method of principal component analysis, and measures out the environmental carrying capacity.
