Study on Portfolio of S&T Professionals Material and Non-material Incentive
As Chinas first human resources, S&T professionals are the nucleus building an innovation-oriented country, and an effective incentive mechanism is a central leverage of their working enthusiasm, initiative, creativity and cooperative. Incentive sources of S&T professionals are divided into material incentive and non-material incentive which are mutually alternated. Therefore, on the basis of the complicated man assumption of S&T professionals,this research utilized principal-agent theory to analyze efficiency of material and non-material incentive portfolio, and had a deep discussion on the model of incentive portfolio in order to provide some advices for perfecting the incentive mechanism of Chinas S&T professionals.
