Lean Construction Simulation Based on EM-plant

摘要：

Lean construction mode is a new project management model which introduced lean thinking to the construction industry. The purpose of site management was to eliminate waste, which by identifying the value stream map and creating continuous flow. This article take analysis of Bin city East Sea H block the second Building using eM-plant simulation software. The result shows that it achieved very high on-site efficiency, very little wait time, inventory basically at zero by organizing production in accordance with the Continuous flow.
