Discussion on Efficiency-oriented Allocation Model of Regulation Resources
Market needs strong governmental regulation to maintain the healthy development of economy. As we all know that governments regulation activities need certain social resources, but can not ensure the market to run in order. This paper designed an optimal allocation model of regulation resources to purchase the maximum detection rate based on probability theory according to the phase characteristics of illegal activities. Application analysis showed the optimal resource allocation method is superior to the average resource allocation method and the proportional resource allocation method, which has the maximum detection rate of illegal activities and the highest utilization efficiency of resources.
