Loose Constraint Transportation Problems and Its Convertibility Method

摘要：

For more-for-less paradox of the transportation problems,the general form of transportation problems is proposed, then this paper provides a method of transforming constraint transportation problems into the standard transportation problems. Its correctness is proved.
