Parameter Estimation for Sample Rotation of Successive Survey in Stratified Sampling and Its Application

摘要：

In this paper, methods and theorems of mathematical statistics and probability were applied to deduce the formulae for estimating the composite population mean as well as the variance in stratified sampling for sample rotation of successive survey. These formulae were applied in the successive survey of staffs body mass index (BMI) of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Operation and Management Co., Ltd (DNMC) in China.
