To Analyze and to Improve Production Line of Power Tools Based on Value Stream

摘要：

Establishing current state value-stream mapping (VSM) accords to the scene collected data. With analyzing layout and balance of the production line, we found some problems affected output and the utilization rate of equipments. The improvement combined with lean production was made to re-lay and balance production line, to improve problems, to increase the output and improve the rate of equipment utilization. Its suggested that value-stream mapping afford good effect and factual value about improving production line of power tools.
