Study on the Design of Enterprise Product Innovation Management System

摘要：

For most enterprises, Product innovation is generally an extensive product development activity. How to combine the product innovation management with the existing product operating management and build an enterprise management system with product innovation capabilities is the enterprises issues of common concerned. Product Innovation Management System is designed to enhance the strength of product innovation and the enterprise core competence of product innovation management. Based on the analysis of design principles and main contents of enterprise product innovation management system, this paper puts forward an enterprise management system structure with product innovation.
