An Integrated Probe into Product Integrated Innovation Management

摘要：

Business operation is becoming increasingly difficult in an increasingly complex and changeable rival environment and with inconsistent technical changes springing up. A new solution is vital for enterprises to re-acquire competitive advantages and integrated innovation is the solution. An integrated system aiming at forming integrated innovation policies is developed in the paper, with a view of integration theory and enterprises integrated innovation models. Six well-targeted policy suggestions for developing enterprises integrated innovation are offered in this paper.
