Analysis on Barrier and Competition Strategies of Vehicle Battery Industry Chain
As the link, which holds the highest technology and the most profitable part, Power battery has been seen as a key link of new energy vehicle chain nowadays. In this paper, based on the theory of the barriers to industry competition, it focuses on the resource barrier and technology barrier to the vehicle battery industry and indicates the characteristics and barriers of every power battery industry chain (Ni-MH battery, Lithium battery, Fuel cell battery). It analyzes the distribution of domestic companies and characteristics of technology innovation in the power battery industry and proposes some strategies to the industrialization of power battery separately.
