Research of Interaction Mechanisms between Transnational Corporations’ R&D Institutions and Various Industries of China
In recent years, Transnational Corporations that pay more attention to research and development and have high-end technologies have established a large number of R&D institutions, which undoubtedly will have interactions among enterprises, research institutes and various industries of china to some extent. The paper selects the statistical industries of Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook of china as research objects, elaborating interaction mechanisms between transnational corporations R&D institutions and various industries, on the basis of it, selecting relevant data of 16 industries of China in 2007 in order to have empirical analysis of the interactions between two parties, it can be concluded that the interactive effects between two parties are not obvious, which needs to be further improved. Put forward the proposals that enhance interactive effects between two parties on the basis of the analysis of empirical conclusion.
