Analysis of Mechanism and Effectiveness of Financial Supports to the Industrial Transference, Transformation and Development
Financial crisis not only accelerates the process of industries transference from coastal to inland, but also makes the industries are more urgent transformation. Financial supports, as an important virtual economic instrument, plays a very significant role accompanying with real economy. This paper illustrates the mechanism of how financial supports influence the industrial transference, transformation and development, the mechanism of self-enhancing and implantation conditions. Then it analysis the effectiveness which takes the example of Henan Province, and proposes the suggestions including building the financial guarantee system, exploring the bank co-financing, innovating the financial product and expand the banks business scope.
