Research on Ecology Development of Water Resources of Iron and Steel Enterprises

Since entering the 21st century, the problems of the shortage of resources and environmental destruction have become more apparent, especially in Iron and steel enterprises. As the user of large energy consumption, in order to achieve the conservation of resources, reduce environmental emissions and improve the international competitiveness of enterprises, enterprises should carry out ecological construction. In this paper, the present situation is analyzed and the ecology development methods based on Research Status put forward and ecological development from four aspects practice. Firstly, the enterprises should construct ecological culture. Secondly, enterprises should improve eco-technology. Thirdly, the enterprises should establishment the eco-management systems. And lastly, Enterprises should establish the personnel systems to provide a platform for displaying their talents.
