Study on the Relationship between Chinas Western Region of Public Service Expenditures and Economic Growth

摘要：

In this paper, we make use of theories such as cointegration tests, Granger causality test and so on, Using the 1999-2009 year statistics we carry with text about the correlation between public expenditures and regional GDP expenditure in west of China. The public expenditures include the style of broadcasting, education and operating expenses, science operating expenses, and health expenses. The results show that long-term stable relationship exists between them, and they are reciprocal causation.
