Study on Developmental Countermeasures for the Private Scientific and Technological Enterprises in Henan Province
During the past tens of years the number of private scientific and technological enterprises in Henan has been increasing rapidly. They have become a very important and indispensable part of local economy. But they are somehow facing very difficult situation that may greatly impact their development. Their existing issues here are exposed through data gathering, comparison and analysis. In many aspects, Henan private scientific and technological enterprises are treated with unfair policies. They are insufficient in technical innovation and can not get away from the family-style management system. Some effective countermeasures are strongly proposed here to improve the policy environment, to drive their technical innovation and to adapt themselves to the world economic crises so as to achieve their persistent development.
