Obstacles and Problems in Regional Cooperation in China and Countermeasures
Coordinated regional development is the main theme of the Chinese economy, based on the integration of regional economy and systems engineering theory, this paper reveals the existence of fragmentation of institution obstacles in the regional cooperation, Cowherd and Weaver Girl space obstacles, information isolated island channel barriers, and Circulation, but not smooth of production factors, digital divide of regional Information, Structural Convergence of regional industry, local protection in regional policy and some other regional cooperation problems. Finally, this paper designs an information platform to promote regional cooperation, that is, to build six public information platform, strengthen the four elements for two integrated support system and build a two-class, four-level two-model system of integration.
