Interface Management of Coordinative Technology Innovation of High-Tech Enterprises

摘要：

In this article author regards the interface of coordinative innovation of high-tech enterprises as a system to research, uses relevant elements promoting system effective, well-ordered, and stable in system theories for reference, brings forward how to import negative entropy -management mechanism to promote the system of interface of coordinative innovation to arrive at satisfying status. Author summarizes some apocalypses for interface management of coordinative innovation from system elements, analyzes the distance between status quo and satisfying status and the reasons forming the distance, brings forward countermeasures basing on the distance, and adopts initially quantitative research to the questions of selecting co-workers and choosing site in interface of coordinative innovation.
