Study on the Optimization Model of Enterprise Organizational Flexibility under Diversified Operation

From the angle on diversified operation, the organizational system flexibility for enterprise is a very important factor to survive and develop in the dramatic changeable environment, But the construction of a organizational flexible system is a costly and risky economic activity, so an enterprise must choose the moderate organizational flexibility. From the perspective of business diversification, With the Cost-benefit theory of Micro-economics and Mathematical optimization method combined, and through the accurate assessment of the current and the potential income from the existing business and the potential business, the article established a enterprise organizational whole flexibility optimization model,taking the resources quantity as the constraint condition, which would be helpful for a enterprise organizational innovation and afford an appropriate scale for the whole re-design and adjustment to the enterprise organizational structure.
