Study on the Enterprises Core Competence Enhancement in the UEKA: from the Knowledge Innovation Perspective

摘要：

As the arrival of the informatization and globalization trend, knowledge has been the resource of significant strategic meanings in place of labor and capital. More and more enterprises have transformed concern from inside to the outside, constructed knowledge alliance with universities to acquire complementary knowledge and gain the competition superiority. This paper analyzes core competence from the knowledge perspective, and clarifies the relationship of innovation, core rigidities and core competence from the knowledge perspective, on this basis, analyzing on strengthening mechanism of enterprises core competence in UEKA.
