Research on the Collaboration Mode among Service-Embedded Manufacturing Enterprises
Based on analysis of the network structure, value-added process and interest coordination relations in a service-embedded manufacturing enterprise, the license model, outsourcing mode, COTS mode, supply chain mode, manufacturing-embedded service mode were presented. And in terms of the difference from partners scale, bargaining power in network and their place on the value chain, these modes were classified into three types of collaborative relationships. And the contract and relation dual mechanisms of collaborations constrained by were discussed. Finally the specialized services were embedded into product to enhance the value of product and the subjective feelings of customers, and help service-embedded manufacturing enterprises gain product market competitiveness.
