Analysis on Enterprise Social Responsibility Based on Moral Capital

摘要：

Moral capital is a kind of intangible capital, and it is the support and guarantee of enterprises. From the research status of moral capital, based on the dialectic relationship between enterprise moral capital and social responsibility, according to the problems while the construction of Chinas enterprise moral capital and the needs of social development, this paper has come to the conclusion that enterprises should develop moral capital and strengthen social responsibility in terms of improving relevant mechanisms, shaping outstanding culture of modern enterprises and improving the moral quality of enterprise managers, etc.
