Research on Indicator System of Financial Risk Control in Real Estate Enterprises

摘要：

As more and more financial risks the real estate industry has faced, this paper has mainly discussed the methods of the real estate financial risk control, especially studied the real estate enterprises financial risk control indicator system. It has chosen a group of indicators which reflect the financial risk to carry out a research and analysis, and lead in a representative case innovatively to verify the role and significance of the indicator system in controlling the financial risk. In the end, it indicated the importance of building a complete financial risk index system.
