Strategic Risk and Early Warning of Corporation Expansion

摘要：

Corporation expansion can improve capabilities and lower operation risk, and helps it gain extra strategic effect, but on the other hand, the expansion also increases the new strategic risk for the corporation. This paper analyses the strategic risk of expansion, constructs the assessment indicators of risk early warning, adapts early warning theory to construct warning model of strategic risk management, also gives the measurements of early warning management. The results of this paper can give important indications for corporation when they make expansion decisions.
